Ambuja Vidya Niketan Trust (AVNT),  a Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and having its registered office at Ambujanagar – Kodinar, (Junagadh) and its Head Office at Elegant Business Park, MIDC Cross Road ‘B’, off Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400 059, is promoted by Ambuja Cements Ltd. AVNT is a  Non Profit making Trust to provide educational facilities to the wards and dependents of employees of Ambuja Cements Ltd., and also for providing education to the children of nearby villages.
